New: GUNMETAL GRAY variation on the popular Ferocious Buckle! Unlike coatings such as anodizing or powder coats which soon chip or wear through, the Gunmetal darkening is a non-dimensional treatment of the stainless steel surface, resulting in a more durable finish.

Unlike a coating, it also does not hide the natural grain and brushed texture of the metal. It can be scratched but a distressed look just adds character (and unlike coatings it can also easily be restored — if one ever desired to — with the application of a very small amount of stainless steel bluing fluid).
