SIEGE Namib belt: 5.9 ounce solid Brass STANDARD size buckle with Namib Sands finish and stainless steel bolts and prongs — bolted to custom 1.25″ high-density ballistic Nylon in the length you require, with either Black or Brown facing out.

Our premier finish on brass buckles, inspired by high-altitude views of the meeting of the Kalahari and Namib deserts, where sun baked, wind-swept sands of the Namib blend into the flat-topped mesas of the Western Kalahari. The buckle is meticulously hammered, and the rims around the indents carefully sanded flat from various directions to produce a shimmering effect as light dances across the face of the buckle.

NEW EDITION!: we now spend a lot more time working on new refinements and have updated the buckle with an exquisite new look. The stainless steel bolt and prong heads are now individually sculpted to complement the buckle face, and then fire-colored to a rich copper hue (the copper color of the heads can be expected to lighten over time as the oxide layer is rubbed, depending on how much handling they experience). We also now hammer around the sides and front chamfer of the buckle. We also round the corners of the buckle and put larger chamfers on it. The prongs, bolts and nuts at the back are now polished smooth to minimize any wear on the strap. Lastly, we add our iconic logo and a serial number to the back of the buckle. For comparison, the older edition of the buckle can still be seen in a few of the photos in the gallery below. These new refinements will also be applied to our larger Kalahari belt buckle.
