New: METEOR STRIKE variation on the Frenzy Buckle. During the buckle-making process we apply a very durable brushed finish to the metal and then slowly laser anneal the buckle face black over about an hour, and then randomly place streaks by hand in the buckle face to reveal the lighter stainless steel beneath. The streaks combined with the brushed texture of the metal create an effect like scintillating meteors dissolving into sparks of light as they streak across the night sky. Each hand-crafted buckle takes hours to complete with no two buckles identical.

Note: Unlike coatings such as anodizing or powder coats which soon chip and flake off, the laser annealing is a non-dimensional darkening of the stainless steel surface, resulting in a much more durable finish.
